About the H6P back pressure regulators

Equilibar® H6P units are designed to hold a stable pressure up to a 412 bar (6000 PSI). It is certainly one of the most popular models. The robust design contains four inlet and two outlet orifices, making it an excellent choice in many research applications. In contrast to other back pressure regulators, these units can handle liquids, gasses, supercritical media, two-phase flow and, within certain limits, even three-phase flow.

The flexible diaphragm ensures that the orifices have a good seal, resulting in great low flow performance. These units often achieve a flow turndown ratio of 1:100.000.

These units units are available for applications up to 300°C, if they have Kalrez o-rings and metal or polyimide diaphragms.
