About the ULHT back pressure regulators

Cv: 1·E-09 to 0.05  |  Max. Temperature: 450°C  |  Max. Pressure: 412 barg (6000 PSI)

The Equilibar® ULHT series of is an extension of the HT (high temperature) series.

The Ultra-Low Flow High-Temperature Back Pressure Regulator is used in applications operating in extreme process conditions. The instrument can withstand temperatures up to 450°C and can hold pressures up to 400 barg, with flow rates as small as a part of a milliliter. To fulfil these requirements, the instrument is made out of a thick SS316 body, cap and diaphragm. The diaphragm is sealed with a nuclear grade graphite sealing.

The Cv range of this Equilibar Back Pressure Regulator exceeds any other alternative in the market. This ULHT series allows you to control pressure in your process over a very wide Cv range, without applying multiple split range valves as is often required with more traditional valves.
